30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@jinghuaintl.com. Please contact us before sending your item back. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions based on your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been opened, used, or altered.
Personal care items that have been opened or used.
Aroma products, oud chips, or incense that have been opened or used.
Custom-made or personalized items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
