1. Order Processing Time Thank you for choosing JH.INTL.. Every agarwood product requires careful quality inspection and secure packaging. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak promotional periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times We proudly offer worldwide shipping through trusted international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex). Once your order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking information will be automatically sent to you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as your delivery destination. We occasionally offer "Free Shipping over a certain amount" promotions; please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate information.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes As your package is shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other customs clearance fees once it arrives in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) and are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid at checkout on jinghuaintl.com.
Because agarwood (Oud) is a specialized natural plant product, customs regulations vary widely by country. We strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with your local import duty thresholds and any specific quarantine regulations before placing an order. If a package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties or failure to cooperate with customs clearance, we cannot issue a refund.
5. Order Tracking & Lost Packages Once shipped, you can track your package via the link provided in your email or directly through our website. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local postal carrier or neighbors. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us via our support email within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
